The chairs, desks, tables and recliners generally require some assembly unless otherwise indicated.

How much is the shipping charge?
eChairz offers FREE Shipping on all Office Chairs, Stools, Recliners, Tables, Computer Desks, and Leather Laptop Cases!

When can I expect my order to arrive?
As most items are pre-sale/drop-shipped items, you should expect your order to be processed within 2-3 business days after payment has cleared with delivery usually within 7-10 business days from shipment. Tracking numbers are provided.

Does eChairz Office Chairs ship outside the United States?
No. We only ship within the Continental United States. We only ship within the lower 48 states. No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO's, FPO's, or outside the United States. No pick-up service available.

What methods of payment does eChairz Office Chairs accept?
Presently we at eChairz only accept PayPal, however, sometime in the near future, we plan to add Google Checkout. Georgia residents are charged state sales tax. Please direct PayPal payment inquires to PayPal at 888-221-1161.

What if my chair arrives broken or with missing parts?
If a replacement part is needed, simply email your parts request and your parts will be shipped free of charge usually within one to two business days.

What about freight damage?
All items are shipped from supplier's factory or warehouse. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect ALL shipments received for any freight damage. If a replacement part is needed for an office chair, simply email us regarding your parts request, and your parts will be shipped free of charge usually within one to two business days. If UPS/FedEx leaves the chair at the door, and you are not available to inspect it for freight damage, you will need to call your FedEx/UPS office within 24 hours of delivery and file an immediate freight claim to report damage in addition to emailing us for your replacement parts.

May I cancel an order?
All order cancellations must be emailed to us at eChairz Office Chairs and are dependent on whether the item has shipped or not. Shipment in this case means the day the item leaves the warehouse, not the day you are notified that it was shipped. Please contact the seller as soon as possible if you choose to cancel an order to receive an authorization number for cancellation. If an order has already been shipped and/or started fabrication (fabric cut), a 45% restocking fee will be incurred if cancellation is still desired. Fabrics are cut specifically to order and cannot be canceled once fabric is cut without a restocking charge.

Does eChairz offer quantity discounts?
YES! To celebrate eChairz Customer Appreciation Days, eChairz offers PayPal rebates: $5.00 off orders of quantities 5-9, $10.00 off orders of quantities 10-19, and $20.00 off orders of quantities 20 or more for any same model chair per the total order. Quantity discounts available only on items paid via PayPal.

What is eChairz return policy?
Any and all returns will be accepted as (merchandise even exchange only) within 7 days of delivery and are dependent on seller approval. Sorry, no refunds on returns. Please contact the seller for approval and instructions regarding any returns on any item and to receive a return item authorization number if approved by seller. The item must in its new original packaging and in new unused condition. Returns are subject to a restocking fee, and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees both ways on returns for replacement items.
